Lyle Kokesch, B.Sc. (Hons) Psychology (he/him)

Diversity is what makes a forest thrive. We all have our roots. Many of us have had to grow around challenging barriers just to catch glimpses of the sun. Whatever those barriers may have been, I’m here to help you explore how they shaped the person you are today and the world you inhabit.

I am a Master’s student in Counselling Psychology at the University of Manitoba, currently completing my practicum here at Wolseley Elm, where I can offer sessions at a reduced rate.

I draw from attachment theory, internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness, CBT, and trauma-informed care to help guide you toward healing. My goals are to support the cultivation of self-compassion, authenticity, autonomy, resilience, and self-awareness. I use a harm reduction approach and plan to work collaboratively with you to develop a therapeutic process tailored to your unique needs.

Together, we can work to process unresolved trauma, improve relational dynamics, and make sense of unhelpful patterns.
