Hayley Langdon, M.Ed. Counselling Psychology, CCC (she/her)
Welcome!
My name is Hayley, and I am a therapist at Wolseley Elm.
I believe that choosing the right therapist matters, and I understand the meaningful step it is to reach out for support. I meet this step in your journey with empathy, authenticity and understanding. I aim to provide a space where you can show up as yourself and feel safe, heard and understood.
I hold a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Manitoba and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).
As someone shaped by my own experiences and challenges, I believe each person has their own unique story. My goal is to work alongside you to navigate life’s experiences, build resilience, and make meaningful change in your life.
I work with adults and youth (13+) from all backgrounds and identities and strive to provide an inclusive, affirming space for 2SLGBTTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a range of therapeutic methods to fit you as an individual.
Together, we can work towards a path of growth and promote positive change in your life.
