Katie Owen has 18 years’ experience as a therapist and coach. She understands the complexity of life, that it takes courage to face difficult truths, and that pain, confusion and struggle can ultimately be transformed into wisdom, clarity and compassion.
Katie meets her clients with caring, collaboration, and skill. Whether facing a specific challenge or generally seeking to develop a more fulfilling life, Katie is committed to helping clients connect with the gifts, strengths and positive possibilities that already exist within themselves.
In her practice, Katie has many years’ experience working within the 2SLGBTTQIA community and welcomes queer and questioning clients.
Katie strives to create an atmosphere where clients feel truly seen, deeply understood, and empowered.
